Over the last few years I have been literally carrying my house on my back between India and London and its been great! What has come out of it is meeting incredible people, creative thinkers, participating in exciting events and scenarios and finally this blog- Framing Narratives.
Needless to say, as a Design strategist and researcher- storytelling, people, a bit of dreaming and fantasy (and sometimes cheese cake) sit at the centre of my practice. I have a background in film, research and visual communication design and I am interested and involved in understanding how design practices intersect with communities, arts and sciences. I graduated with an MA from Central Saint Martins and completed my undergraduation from ‘Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology’. I was also awarded the TATA scholar in 2007.
I have worked between India and London for a few years now. Currently I am working at Nokia Research Centre in Bangalore. You can read more about my work here.
Framing Narratives is a bit of this and that. Through Framing Narratives I am documenting interesting design insights, works, moments of inspiration, travels and important milestones. I hope you enjoy reading it. Do write in if you have something to share or just to say hi!
